I think that if I wasn’t as busy as I was with my new position in Reno-I would be a mess right now considering that one of the first and only people to give me a chance to crack the mic on Power 98.3 passed away on Sunday.

Chavez was one of the kindest most supportive people I have ever met in this business, and it is a huge loss to the Phoenix community as well as a devastating situation for his family.

Power of a Dollar is going down today benefiting the Chris Chavez memorial Fund in light of his unfortunate passing.

We will be broadcasting live from 6am-8pm from the K-MoMo Store located on the I-17 & Indian School Rd.
